Foam Riot is a Hampshire-based business venture. We respect your privacy and use the information you send through the quote form to consider your project and reply to your enquiry.
Information collected
Your name, email, optional phone number, company name, project details and any other information you choose to supply, including artwork links. Technical information is also processed as needed to serve and protect the site.
Why we use it
To assess quotations, communicate about a potential project and maintain necessary business records. We do not use the form to subscribe you to unrelated marketing emails.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are saved to a private Cloudflare D1 database configured in a Western European region. Cloudflare provides hosting and infrastructure services. Your browser may also request website fonts from Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not develop into projects are normally deleted after 12 months. Records associated with an actual order may need to be retained longer for accounting, contractual or legal reasons.
Who can access it
The people running Foam Riot and essential infrastructure providers. We do not sell enquiry details.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information about you, subject to legal exceptions. For a privacy request, use the contact form and write “Privacy request” in the project description.
Cookies
We currently do not set our own advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services may carry out standard technical processing.
