FROM SIMPLE TO SMOOTH.
RAW FOAM
Cut foam with its natural surface visible. A straightforward option for projects intended for further finishing or short-term use.
PAINTED FOAM
A foam-compatible paint system adds colour. The finish will reflect the preparation and foam surface below it.
SMOOTH FRONT FACE
A suitably cut rigid facing can deliver a cleaner, flat front and allow detailed printed artwork. The sides are finished separately.
THE PREP MAKES THE DIFFERENCE.
Spraying directly onto EPS won't hide the bead texture. For a smoother overall result, the foam needs an appropriate coating, preparation and sanding before the final colour.
Different finishing processes have different costs, lead times and durability. We’ll agree the specification before quoting.
